Let's not be fooled - when David Cameron talks bout "restructuring" the NHS he is not thinking about patient care or grater efficiency. What the conservative lead government is actually doing is systematically dismantling the structure of the NHS and lowering it's financial value in order to make it more attractive to private investors and therefore easier to privatise.
When the NHS was created it was the conservatives who fought tooth and nail to try to stop it and in the eighties under the leadership of Margaret Thatcher they did their very best to destroy it.
Between them David Cameron and his yes man Nick Glegg have consistently lied to us and broken almost every pre-election promise they made. They lied about VAT the increase, tuition fees, child credit and education, and restructuring of the NHS is just one more ConDem lie.
